Grocery shopping

Silky will be 16 months old next week. Time for her booster shots. She goes grocery shopping with us every week so she's an old pro.

Silky usually will try and cop a sniff or two as we walk down the aisles, but hasn't tried to eat anything off the floor since she was about 6 months old. One day last month, though, she snagged an almond that was on the floor just in front of the cash register. Sometimes, she's really, really good; othertimes . . .  well . . .

Always ready to spring into action, she does a good job waiting while I check out the items on the shelves.

Silky loads up before the groceries go in. I love the tie-down loops that came with the car! They keep her safe while I'm loading or unloading stuff . . .

. . . but give her enough room to snooze comfortably on the way home.
